This Autumn, I will be offering both Yoga and cooking workshops, to keep us in good form through the change of season and all through winter! 
You will see bellow is what is happening in the next couple of months.

I am currently studying Thai Yoga massage with Ralf Marzen and will be giving treatments in a few months… Stay tuned! 

In the meantime you can still join me on one of my regular weekly yoga classes in central London, or book a One to One session for more attention...

I hope to see you soon on the mat or in the kitchen!

A workshop using a long fluid and creative sequence to unlock the body and the mind, some meditation, and some time to reflect.
